Context & Challenges

As part of its drive to modernize its digital presence and raise its profile as an institution, the International University of Rabat (UIR) decided to completely overhaul its website. The main challenge was to offer a unified, intuitive and scalable digital platform, capable of promoting the entire UIR ecosystem (training, research, student life, partnerships, etc.) and meeting performance, security and user experience standards.

Our approach

• Mobiblanc designed a modern, modular and scalable web platform based on a five-phase approach: Consulting, Design, Implementation, Acceptance and Production.
• The project was designed around the 3C Success Mix (Content, Creation, Channels) for a fluid, personalized and engaging experience.
• The solution is based on the Symfony framework, with a high-performance caching system (Redis) and a secure infrastructure with load balancing via NGINX.
• We also integrated a comprehensive security management component (compliance with law 09-08, audits, penetration tests) and ensured agile management with iterative deliveries and quality support.
