Context & Challenges
In a context where digital is becoming a strategic lever for bringing public institutions closer to citizens, the Head of Government has launched the Generations Pact program.
The aim was to deploy an innovative mobile application to strengthen links between generations, promote mentoring, disseminate useful content, and position the government as a committed player in e-governance.
The challenges were both strategic (modernizing the government's image, innovation, citizen proximity) and functional (connecting mentors/mentees, access to educational content, targeted communication channel with communities).
Our approach
- Mobiblanc designed a complete, scalable mobile solution based on an approach structured around three pillars:
- Development of a robust, secure, interconnected platform
- Boosting the user experience through modern design, fluid navigation and a mobile-first logic
- Leveraging data to better understand usage, segment audiences and adapt content
- The entire project was managed using Scrum agile methodology, with sprint deliveries, co-construction workshops and full support through to deployment.
