As part of the overhaul of its digital presence, CGI wanted to equip itself with a modern, intuitive platform driven entirely by the user experience. The objective was to offer a turnkey digital management solution that would meet business challenges, while guaranteeing performance, security and scalability.
Our approach
Mobiblanc supported CGI in the implementation of its new digital platform through a comprehensive five-phase methodological approach: consulting, scoping, implementation, acceptance and go-live.
The intervention included collaborative workshops, UX/UI studies, expression of functional and technical requirements, as well as complete back and front-end development. A ticketing and maintenance system was set up to ensure ongoing post-launch support.
