Background & Challenges

In a context where mobility is at the heart of national issues, Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) wanted to improve real-time information and assistance to users on its motorway network. The aim: to offer a modern, reliable and intuitive service to improve road safety, make travel more fluid and strengthen customer relations.

Our approach

  • Mobiblanc supported ADM in the design and development of ADM Trafic, a free digital platform accessible on the web and mobile (iOS & Android).
  • We designed an intuitive mapping solution, enriched with real-time data, and interconnected with the various players in the field (assistance, breakdown services, law enforcement agencies).
  • Particular attention was paid to the user experience, traceability of interventions and optimization of assistance processes.
